Privacy Policy
Last updated: whenever someone finally reads this far.
This is a small site for a small riding group, not an ad-tech company, so there isn't much to disclose — but here's the generic version anyway, because every site needs one of these.
What we collect
An email and password to make an account, whatever profile info you choose to add, and whatever you post — rides, photos, routes, discussion replies, messages. Basic site-visit stats for keeping the thing running smoothly. That's it. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, no data broker on the other end of this.
What we do with it
Run the site. Show your posts to other logged-in members. Send you the occasional necessary email (verification, password reset). Nothing gets sold, because there's no market for four people's ride photos.
Who can see what
Rides, photos, and ride discussions are visible to other logged-in members of the group — that's the point of the site. Direct messages are only visible to sender and recipient (and, technically, whoever's running the server, same as any self-hosted app).
Third parties
Photos and files are stored on this site's own storage, not a third-party CDN. Route maps use OpenStreetMap tiles to draw a map — no account or tracking involved there. Video embeds pull public info from YouTube's public API.
Deleting your data
Ask an admin. This is a four-person site, not a self-service data-deletion portal.
